- Compare and contrast the nutrition assessment and monitoring and evaluation steps of the Nutrition Care Process (NCP).
- Identify the five domains of nutrition assessment and monitoring, and evaluation data and distinguish between them.
- Describe the process of clustering nutrition assessment information to determine nutrition-related diagnosis and identify monitoring and evaluation indicators to assess progress.
- Utilize standardized language terminology in the documentation of the nutrition assessment and monitoring and evaluation steps of the NCP.
