| Level 2: | Assumes a general knowledge of the literature and professional practice within the area(s) covered. The focus is to enhance knowledge and application of the participant. |
| Level 3: | Assumes thorough knowledge of the literature and professional practice within the area(s) covered. The focus is a synthesis of recent advances and future directions. |
