We are pleased to offer you the opportunity to obtain two CPEs for reading the HOD Backgrounder “Health Disparities” and completing the accompanying quiz.

Objectives

Upon successful completion of this exercise, the participant will be able to:

  1. Define health disparities.
  2. Discuss the unique health indicators of racial and cultural groups.
  3. List reasons for differing health outcomes in minority populations.

Read the Read the Health Disparities Backgrounder and Appendices (below) and complete the 12 question quiz. It is suggested that you print and complete the .pdf version of the quiz. Once you have determined your answers, use the link to "Submit Reponses and Obtain CPE Certificate".
